No. Our support is built to be flexible — help with specific tasks, temporary or seasonal work, special projects, backlog cleanup or ongoing support without long-term commitments.
Absolutely. Many clients come to us for help with specific tasks or a temporary project rather than a full package. Additional services such as accounts payable, payroll administration or special projects are $95/hour, and cleanup or QuickBooks setup is quoted individually. Ask about it during your free consultation.
Yes. Backlog cleanup is part of our Special Projects support. Tell us how far behind things are during your free consultation and we'll map out a plan to get you current.
Yes. Every package includes QuickBooks bookkeeping, and Elite Essential Support includes initial QuickBooks setup assistance if you need it. A full QuickBooks setup or migration is available as a custom quote. Please note that the QuickBooks Online subscription itself is not included.
The Basic Package ($200/month) includes a monthly home meeting of about an hour, a review of checking and savings accounts and recent transactions for unusual or suspicious activity, a simple written report for you and/or your family, education on current scams and safe banking, and recommendations for better organization and security. A standalone Monthly Account Report is available for $100/month.
Yes. Written reports can go to you and/or your family, so loved ones can see that everything looks right and that no one is being taken advantage of.
